The MSc Digital Marketing course is designed to provide students with a critical understanding and specialist knowledge of digital marketing, therefore enhancing their career potential in this ever-expanding field.

In today’s technologically advanced business world, digital techniques are an integral part of every organization’s marketing strategy. This course will provide you with the necessary skills to effectively develop digital marketing strategies and put them to use. It will cover a range of key areas including fundamentals of the digital business environment, data-driven decision making and leading marketing strategies in today’s business world.

Throughout the course we will link theory with practice and apply your knowledge to real-life situations, ensuring you are workplace ready for this rapidly developing sector. Students additionally have the chance to work with professional bodies and employers, as well as undertaking entrepreneurial activities, to further strengthen employability following graduation.

Salesforce Trailhead and Amazon Web Services (AWS) Educate content is integrated throughout this program, giving students the access to the best tools and resources they can use throughout their studies and in their future careers.

The full-time course will take one year to complete, divided into two semesters of 12 weeks. You will study 60 credits in each semester, starting your dissertation module in Semester 2. Students will study the four compulsory modules and can choose one elective module.

Assesment

  • Students will be assessed throughout the duration of the program. To achieve learning outcomes both academically and professionally, assessments will include preparation and feedback from seminars, workshops, tests and presentations. The course will also include group work and various group assessments.

Students also have access to the AWS Educate Job Board for seeking technology jobs and internships.
